Bach Flower Remedy
There are many natural remedies for various emotional states but one I highly recommend to clients is the Bach Flower Remedy.
Bach Remedies have been around for over 80 years and were designed by Dr Bach himself. They are made up of a combination of 38 flowers and the original Bach Flower remedies are harvested and processed from flowers growing in the same fields in England where Dr. Edward Bach discovered them.
Helping manage the emotional demands of everyday life. Each of the natural plant and flower based remedies aids a specific emotion, while personal combinations can be tailored to meet more acute needs if necessary.
Being a natural product it is nonaddictive and non-habit forming, but do Back flower remedies really work and how do you use them?
I was introduced to Rescue Remedy when my father died. It was so overwhelmed with grief, my sister in law gave me some drops of rescue remedy and I must say it did calm me down. It is one of my favorite products from the It comes in creams, sprays, and drops.
Rescue Remedy is a combination of five of the original Bach Flower Remedies which are especially beneficial when you find yourself in traumatic situations, such as, stress, emergencies, after getting bad news, before an exam or job interview and all other kinds of situations where we suddenly lose balance mentally. The Remedies quickly get us back in our normal balance so that we calmly can deal with any situation, working with our energy and emotional state.
Impatiens: For those who act and think quickly, and have no patience for what they see as the slowness of others. They often prefer to work alone. We’ve found it very fast-acting in alleviating an impatient attitude and lowering stress.
Star of Bethlehem: For trauma and shock, whether experienced recently or in the past. Has the ability to help us recover from traumas and to integrate them into the present life.
Cherry Plum: For those who fear losing control of their thoughts and actions and doing things they know are bad for them or which they consider wrong.
Rock Rose: For situations in which one experiences panic or terror.
Clematis: For those who find their lives unhappy and withdraw into fantasy worlds. They are ungrounded and indifferent to the details of everyday life. Is also used to bring clarity and alertness to the present moment.
There are much more which I am not listing as there are 38 flower remedies in total. All of them have great healing properties.

You can use Bach Remedies for pets, dogs, horses. My daughter’s dog gets very nervous with lots of traffic so she puts some drops into her drinking bowl to help her keep calm.
Using flower remedies for children with anxiety, stress, lack of confidence and a multitude of other emotions is a very natural way to aid them. Non-habit forming!! Great way for them to be empowered regarding their emotions and when to recognize what is happening to them.
How do you take them
When you look at the 38 different remedies you might think you have to take all of them. You don’t….You only take the remedy for the emotion you are going through at the time. IF you are feeling two different emotions at the same time you can mix two of the remedies together and take that. You can either put the drops in your water and drink throughout the day or you can take 2 or 3 drops directly into your mouth for a more immediate result. Always check with your medical practitioner before embarking on anything new especially if you are already taking medication.
I have been using the remedies myself and family and recommending them to my clients for at least 20 years when my granddaughter was 9 months old and had her first convulsion we took her to a specialist dealing in holistic care. She made up a mixture of flower remedies which my granddaughter took for about 2 weeks and now at 14 years of age has not had another convulsion. We always have the bach remedy in our house ready for any stressful situation.
This is one of my highly recommended products which I would never be without. Worth looking into whatever your situation.
