Is there a product or some way to transform it? I’ve been hearing about this specific thing and am curious how to make it happen.

      Adding Lemons helps make the water more alkaline but you should not be putting any chemicals in the water to make it alkaline.

    Awesome article, Helen. And all good points. This is pretty much my bible I go by and practice all except have to get better on the alkaline water. I can’t remember the last time I had juice and ESPECIALLY a soda!! Thanks for the advice as it all needs to be followed to be the best human you can be!!     This is a very helpful post. I have been struggling with energy recently, but you have provided some great tips. I didn’t know tap water had a different pH from alkaline water, so this is going to be a priority for me now. I also need to make sleep a priority, at the moment I only get around 6 hours a night!
