Several years ago I fell over and hurt my back which among other things turned into nerve and sciatic pain. I found one of the things that helped me was knee pillows for sleeping with. This helped with the pain and also stopped me rolling onto my stomach which is the worst thing you can do for a back injury, according to my chiropractor.
